**There are no copies of the Fair Exhibitor's Handbook in the office. Please contact your club leader in regard to a hard copy.
Registration is due Tuesday, June 30th, by 5:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Payment is due Tuesday, June 30th, by 5:00 p.m. at the Extension Office. There will be NO online payments.
Keep in mind that age divisions are as of October 1, 2025. You will need to know this when picking the correct classes.
Cloverbud- ages 5 to 7
Junior- ages 8 to 13
Senior- ages 14 and older

Beginning Monday, June 1st, 2026 after registering on FairEntry you can sign up for an interview slot on Sign Up Genius using this link (link coming soon)
Interview time slot sign up will close Tuesday, June 30th at 5 p.m. on Sign Up Genius
*If you sign up for an indoor project, dog educational display or any livestock educational display (not including horse as they do it during their show) you are required to sign up for a judging time to present on Tuesday.

Important Information for Livestock Members
- Quality Assurance is due prior to registering by the time you register for the fair.
- Livestock members who tagged two animals need to list both animals' last three digits of their tag numbers in the tag question slot. (Ex: last three digits of the first tag/last three digits of the second tag)

Each member must have attended 3 workshops per the market project area to take your market animal to Fair.
