Deadlines to keep in mind leading up to the fair...
March 1st | 4-H Enrollment due in 4HOnline?in order to exhibit?at Achievement Days.
| Market beef animals must be owned or leased, with daily management by the exhibitor
May 1st | Deadline to enter animals in 4HOnline.
| Fair Entry Opens Online
| Beef breeding animals and all dairy, swine,?sheep?and goat exhibits must be owned or leased, with daily management, by May 1 of the current year. Any animal born after May 1 must be a?progeny?animal owned from the date of its birth by the exhibitor.
May 12th | An ownership date is not established for poultry and rabbits; however, exhibitors must have the animals in their possession a minimum of 30 days before the McLean county show on June 12th.

Sunday, June 7th | McLean County4-H Fair Setup
12:00 pm | Clean and set up fairgrounds and clubs set up/ decorate club booths – picnic to follow provided by Fair Board
Monday, June 8th | Poultry Pollorum Testing
6:30 pm | Poultry Pollorum Testing, County Fairgrounds Barn
Thursday, June 11th | 4-H Horse Show
8 am | Registration
9 am | Horse Show
5-7pm | Club Booth and Exhibit Setup –it is strongly encouraged that families and clubs bring in their non-food exhibits the night before statics judging. Families will be able to drive on the fairgrounds to bring their exhibits in on Thursday. On Friday, there will be no parking allowed on fairgrounds and families will have to utilize the parking lots.

9:00 am | 4-H Static Judging*No parking on fairgrounds this year. Interview?judging time slot for members will be based on number of?exhibits?the youth is bringing and if you are showing Rabbit/Poultry.?We will mail out?your interview judging time with your exhibit tags, so stay tuned for your assigned?times!
9:00 - 10:00 am | Registration of 4-H & Open Class Rabbit & Poultryat 4-H building
11:15 am | 4-H Picnic
12:00 PM | 4-H & Open Class Rabbit and Poultry Judging
4:00 - 6:00 pm | 4-H and FFA Livestock Registration & Weigh-In
Saturday, June13th | Friends and Family Day
11:00 am | 4-H Livestock Show
4:00 pm | Cloverbud Livestock Parade
4:00 pm | 4-H & FFA Livestock Premium Sale & 4-H Awards
Sunday, June14th | Flag Day Celebration
11:00 am | Raffle Tickets due to Kamile at the 4-H Building

5:30pm | Livestock + Exhibits Release – Only out of county participants are released early
