2026 CLUB SHOW ENTRY DEADLINES

February 1, 2026 Deadline

• 4-H members must identify their Market Beef through 4hOnline.
• FFA members must identify their Market Beef through FairEntry.

May 15, 2026 Deadline

• 4-H members must identify their animals through 4hOnline. (All animals except poultry and rabbits.)
• FFA members must identify their animals through FairEntry. (All animals except poultry and rabbits.)
• Notes:
  • YOU MUST identify animals before entering entries in FairEntry!
  • Reference the 4H202 for guidelines on animal identification.
  • YQCA Certification MUST be turned into the office or emailed to clinton4h@iastate.edu by May 15th!

July 1, 2026 Deadlines

• In FairEntry:
  • Livestock departments Entries
  • Conference Judging Day department Entries
  • Horticulture department entries
  • STATE FAIR 4-H Livestock Entries entered in a DIFFERENT FairEntry (see Iowa 4-H for more information)
• In-Person at the Extension Office:
  • Bucket Bottle Calf Written Records due

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Make life easier and reference the fair rule book when you go through FairEntry!
• Classes that have forms brought to their show:
  • Bring July 14 - Fashion Revue, Clothing Selection, Innovative Design and $20 Challenge Event Forms
  • Bring July 17 - Communication Poster Form
  • Bring July 17 - Most Conference Judging Day entries need a write up. Learn more.
  • Bring July 25 - Pet Show form
